General Vendor Application Information:

THANK YOU TO ALL vendors and concessionaires attending this year's Walworth County Fair, Elkhorn, Wisconsin. We look forward to our partnership with you; creating positive and memorable experiences. As a result, the Walworth County Fair will continue to rank as one of the best county fairs in the Midwest.

Interested in applying for the 2026 Walworth County Fair? Approximately 90 percent of our vendors return each year. We are always searching for vendors who present new and unique products or services to our fair guests. If you are interested in a space at the Walworth County Fair, please submit an application. Your application will be filed for consideration when an appropriate opening becomes available in 2026. You will not receive any further communication from us unless a space becomes available. The Walworth County Fair receives more requests for space than we have available. The Fair Board has a policy of only allowing a limited amount of food concessions, so it is very competitive for spaces. We base our selections on the best exhibits, products and services.

Submitting an application will allow you to be considered for a space. The application is not a contract. If your application is selected, you will receive an actual contract in the mail.
